My Summer Body is being hidden by my Spring Rolls!

While staying in good health is important all year, late spring and early summer are a great time to optimize your digestive system and shed a few unwanted pounds of body fat.

Here at Saint Acupuncture and Wellness we are doing just that! So why not get in gear with us and get that beach body ready.

Here are a few of the products and principles we use to make it happen steady but quick.

Remember - do it the healthy way - no stimulants, only things that enhance the digestive system and metabolism.

  1. Plenty of fluids - 2 to 4 quarts / liters a day.

  2. Eat small and often - about every 3 hours.

  3. Supplement - a high potency multivitamin at a minimum.

  4. Take an acceleration supplement - We are trying CLA (congregated linoleic acid) in the office right now. (Make sure your choice has no negative side effects.)

  5. Eat Clean - foods close to nature. (i.e. Have the butter, not the margarine. Cut simple carbs and boxed foods not calories.)

  6. Have a plan! - We are doing a '90 Day Plan', and have expected results that we can see and feel.

  7. Take Chinese herbs if you experience a problem or want it to go quicker. Bu Zhong Yi Qi Wan, Bo He Wan, Shen Ling Bai Shu Pian, and especially Bojenmi Tea.

  8. Protein, Protein, Protein ... or alternately, Amino Acids, which are just like pre-digested protein. This feeds the muscles and brain.

  9. Move your body! - Pick something, anything, and get out there and move more! A walk, bike ride, exercise class, weights ... just something and keep it up a few times a week!

Top recommended supplements for health and fat loss:

  • High Potency Multivitamin

  • Digestive Enzymes

  • BOJENMI TEA

  • Amino Energy Drink

  • CLA (conjugated linoleic acid)

  • Ginger/Ginseng Tea

Let's make a plan, stick to it, and ....

We will see you on the Beach!
